Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
